Fantastic!
This podcast has been so insightful in my discernment of reentering the workforce and going into instructional design. Information is clear and easy to understand. Especially appreciate the episodes with Christy Tucker and Nyla Spooner.

Much Gratitude!
First - I need to thank Molly Parsons for sending me here. Second - Thank you Dr. Robin for providing so much valuable information for those working in education. I'm a special education teacher of 24 years looking to transition to Instructional Design. I'm grateful to have found this resource and more grateful to Learn just how valuable teacher skills are to becoming an Instructional Designer. I hop to participate in an IDOL training soon!

Fabulous!
Just reviewed the episode on Behavior Change and Instructional Design. This is a key element most new designers miss. Training is NOT about content. It's about the end result of what the learner applies to the job - what they know and do. We need to work to ensure that we keep the main thing, the main thing. Keep up the good work. Bravo!

"I believe in community over competition, which is why I connect with a variety of experts in the instructional design and online learning space. I truly believe in lifting up others in the field and being a support to both Newbies and Veterans alike. If you share my vision of creating an IDOL world for all learners, I'd love to have you on the podcast!"
